The unit is compliant, certified, and holds the Egyptian Quality Mark according to Egyptian Standard ES 1871. It operates using Bavaria Superlative ABCE dry chemical powder, of German origin, a multi-purpose extinguishing agent suitable for extinguishing ABCE fires according to Egyptian standards.
The standalone unit includes a dry chemical powder tank, control valves, ejector gas cylinders, hose reel, and discharge system.
It is mounted on a steel beam chassis covered with welded sheet metal.
The stationary STORM-PM model unit is equipped with an automatic control panel operated by a pneumatic valve. Pressing the valve opens the nitrogen cylinders (ejector gas) to automatically charge the trailer body, thus expelling the unit's dry chemical powder container for rapid operation. Equipped with two pumps, each with a 20-meter hose, each ending in a spray gun. The chemical powder hoses are activated by two ball valves, one for each hose, on the control panel.
The control panel is also equipped with two valves for cleaning and releasing pressure after use to conserve the remaining powder.
The unit's body is made of chemically treated, high-strength steel and coated with a fire-retardant red paint.
The nozzle is made of a nickel-chromium-plated copper alloy and is equipped with a mechanical safety valve.
The unit is equipped with a pressure regulator to control the internal pressure of the powder unit.
The dry chemical powder is suitable for fire suppression in the presence of an electrical current up to 1000 volts from a distance of at least 1 meter.
